Poster Presentations
POSTER PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS:
Specifications (size) to posters:
height 120 cm
width 90 cm
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
Technical equipment will be available for the hanging of
posters.
The board number assigned to your poster is reported in the Abstract
book, which will be included in the Congress bag.
All posters have to be hanged on August 11, and removed after Closing Ceremony (August 15). Number of your poster(s) will be available in the abstract book.
CONTEST FOR BEST POSTER PRESENTATION
The organizers plan to have a contest for best poster presentations. Awards will be selected on the basis of several criteria which include author presentation to the Scientific Selection Committee, scientific merit of work presented, novelty of approaches used and clarity of poster organization and appearance. The results of the contest will be announced during the Closing Ceremony by the Head of the Scientific Selection Committee. Organizers will announce one first prize award (500 EUR), two second place awards (250 EUR each) and three third place awards (150 EUR each). The awards will be handed during the Closing Ceremony and the recipients recognized for their outstanding posters.
